You will meet with a Naveya & Sloane jewellery designer in our relaxed showroom environment, or if you live outside of Auckland we regularly work with clients remotely.
We love to spend some time getting to know you and hear a bit about your partner, to gather an understanding of what you’re looking for in this special design.
If you can’t quite visualise it, don’t worry: we will help guide you through the decision-making process as this is what we do best.
With your bespoke idea and budget in mind, our team will work closely with you to select the most beautiful gemstone or diamond to be the centrepiece of the design.
This personalised selection process is educational and fun, making the journey of your ring’s creation a special one.
Once you have selected the stone, the next step is designing a piece around this with the aim of accentuating its beauty.
We’ll begin by having an ongoing conversation around the design direction; and once you are happy, it will be translated into a refined sketch.
We are here to take all of your ideas and help you refine them to create a timeless work of art.
We will go above and beyond to design and craft something truly meaningful for your partner.
With a final design that you love, your ring will be custom made in our onsite workshop in the hands of our master jewellers and diamond setters.
We ensure that it is crafted to perfection, and this process usually takes around 6–8 weeks.
