If you have worked out a pre-Christmas completion date with your design consultancy, lucky you! We’ll have this piece crafted, ready and on the courier as soon as we can. At this time of year, the couriers are busy delivering parcels and presents all over New Zealand and will sometimes experience delays outside of our control.
We can ship your beautiful N&S jewellery anywhere in the world – but be sure to read our local and international shipping information below.
Shipping is to NZ and Australian customers only. Get in touch if you are further abroad and looking to order a special piece as we do facilitate this, just not for our online orders.
If you’re purchasing within New Zealand and you can’t make it into the showroom to collect your finished jewellery, we can arrange a signature-required, overnight courier to any NZ address for $15.
Please note we send all our pieces on an overnight courier service from Monday-Thursday but sometimes there are delays outside of our control and your parcel can take 1-3 working days to arrive. Be sure to choose an address where someone is available to sign for the parcel as if your address has an "Authority to Leave" some courier drivers will leave your parcel.
If you’re purchasing within Australia, we can arrange a signature-required, overnight courier to any NZ address for $40. Please note depending on the value of your purchase, it may be subject to custom duties and taxes once it reaches Australia.
Please note we send all our pieces on a 2-3 day courier service from Monday-Thursday but sometimes there are delays outside of our control and your parcel can take 4-5 working days to arrive. Be sure to choose an address where someone is available to sign for the parcel as if your address has an "Authority to Leave" some courier drivers will leave your parcel.
We can also offer international shipping via FedEx so you can track your jewellery door to door. FedEx Shipping can take anywhere from 3-10 working days.
Please note: We charge the tax-exclusive value of your jewellery and a FedEx shipping fee. You will need to research if there will be any customs/duty charges the jewellery may incur on entering your destination country. Naveya & Sloane holds no responsibility for any charges incurred by FedEx or a local tax authority on purchases shipped internationally. The FedEx shipping fee will vary depending on the destination country.
Our insurance covers your piece while in transit and then once your jewellery is delivered you’ll need to ensure you have your own insurance cover arranged.
